The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by private individuals and companies.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Products & Quality

Our product range includes carefully selected matcha tea as well as complementary matcha accessories.

Matcha is a natural product. Harvest time, climate, and processing can lead to subtle differences in color, aroma, and taste. These natural variations are a testament to the product’s authenticity and do not represent a quality defect.

All products are described and depicted with the utmost care. Minor variations in color, packaging, or material are possible.

  1. Order & Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the order by myMatchaMoments. Acceptance occurs through a shipping confirmation or the shipment of the goods.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right not to accept orders, for example in the case of obvious pricing errors, technical errors or unexpected unavailability of individual products.

  1. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Depending on the country and availability, the following payment methods are available:

  • credit card
  • TWINT
  • Klarna
  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payment is made immediately upon completion of the order.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Switzerland and to selected European countries.

All orders are carefully packaged and usually processed within 1-2 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination country.

Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform you of the expected delivery time as soon as possible.

Delivery dates and deadlines are non-binding. We accept no liability for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

  1. Returns & Cancellations

We want every order to arrive with joy.

Unopened and originally sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • opened matcha products
  • accessories that have already been used or damaged
  • Vouchers
  • reduced items, where permitted by law

Returns should be sent to the return address we have provided after prior contact.

Prior arrangement is required. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

  1. Storage & Product Information

For optimal freshness and quality, we recommend:

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Seal airtight after opening.

To best preserve aroma, color and character, matcha should be consumed promptly after opening.

  1. Subscriptions

For selected products, we offer a subscription service that ensures you receive regular deliveries at your chosen interval.

Administration and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by email toinfo@mymatchamoments.ch will be terminated.

If the cancellation occurs after an order has been processed or shipped, that delivery will remain in place. In this case, the cancellation will take effect on the next delivery cycle.

payment

Billing is automatic at the beginning of each delivery interval via the payment method provided when the subscription was taken out.

If a payment cannot be processed successfully, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the subscription until the matter is resolved.

Adjustments

Changes to the subscription, especially regarding price or delivery interval, will be communicated in a timely manner.

In the event of significant changes, you have the option to cancel your subscription before they take effect.

  1. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of myMatchaMoments until full payment has been received.

  1. Liability

We are liable within the framework of the statutory provisions for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We accept no liability for damage or loss of quality resulting from improper storage, use or safekeeping of the products after receipt of the goods.

  1. Data protection

The careful handling of personal data is a high priority for us.

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy on our website.

  1. Applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
