Origin & Quality
Our matcha comes from traditional tea gardens in Aichi, Japan. We use the youngest leaves from the first harvest, carefully processed and traditionally stone-ground. The result is a mild, finely balanced matcha with a vibrant green color and gentle umami flavor. Every batch is tested for pesticides and heavy metals.
The daily moment
accompanies your day with gentle, long-lasting energy and pleasant clarity. Whether in the morning or throughout the day — for many, matcha is becoming a conscious alternative to coffee, without the typical jitters or restlessness.
Preparation
Mix 1-2 bamboo spoons of matcha with approx. 30 ml of water (70-80 °C) to a fine, smooth paste – ideally with a bamboo whisk.
Then add 40–50 ml of water and whisk the matcha until a fine foam is formed.
Then, if desired, refine with 100–200 ml of water or milk. Enjoy warm or cold.
Why Matcha
Matcha has been prized for centuries for its distinctive flavor and gentle, long-lasting energy. The natural interplay of caffeine and L-theanine often leads to matcha being perceived as smoother and more balanced than coffee.
Caffeine provides a pleasant alertness, while L-theanine balances and prolongs this effect. This creates a steady, long-lasting form of energy and concentration—without the typical spikes and crashes often experienced with coffee.

Return
Since matcha is a food product, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
