Harvest time, climate, and processing can lead to subtle differences in color, aroma, and taste. These natural variations are a testament to the product&#8217;s authenticity and do not represent a quality defect.<\/p><p>All products are described and depicted with the utmost care. Minor variations in color, packaging, or material are possible.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li>Order &#038; Contract Conclusion<\/li><\/ol><p>The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.<\/p><p>By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.<\/p><p>The purchase agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the order by myMatchaMoments. Acceptance occurs through a shipping confirmation or the shipment of the goods.<\/p><p>In exceptional cases, we reserve the right not to accept orders, for example in the case of obvious pricing errors, technical errors or unexpected unavailability of individual products.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li>Prices &#038; Payment<\/li><\/ol><p>All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/p><p>Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.<\/p><p>Depending on the country and availability, the following payment methods are available:<\/p><ul><li>credit card<\/li><li>TWINT<\/li><li>Klarna<\/li><li>Other payment methods displayed at checkout<\/li><\/ul><p>Payment is made immediately upon completion of the order.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li>Shipping &#038; Delivery<\/li><\/ol><p>We ship within Switzerland and to selected European countries.<\/p><p>All orders are carefully packaged and usually processed within 1-2 working days.<\/p><p>Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination country.<\/p><p>Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform you of the expected delivery time as soon as possible.<\/p><p>Delivery dates and deadlines are non-binding. We accept no liability for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li>Returns &#038; Cancellations<\/li><\/ol><p>We want every order to arrive with joy.<\/p><p>Unopened and originally sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.<\/p><p>Returns are not accepted for:<\/p><ul><li>opened matcha products<\/li><li>accessories that have already been used or damaged<\/li><li>Vouchers<\/li><li>reduced items, where permitted by law<\/li><\/ul><p>Returns should be sent to the return address we have provided after prior contact.<\/p><p>Prior arrangement is required. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the return shipping costs.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li>Storage &#038; Product Information<\/li><\/ol><p>For optimal freshness and quality, we recommend:<\/p><ul><li>Store in a cool, dry place<\/li><li>Protect from direct sunlight<\/li><li>Seal airtight after opening.<\/li><\/ul><p>To best preserve aroma, color and character, matcha should be consumed promptly after opening.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li>Subscriptions<\/li><\/ol><p>For selected products, we offer a subscription service that ensures you receive regular deliveries at your chosen interval.<\/p><p>Administration and termination<\/p><p>You can cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by email to<a href=\"mailto:info@mymatchamoments.ch\">info@mymatchamoments.ch<\/a>\u00a0will be terminated.<\/p><p>If the cancellation occurs after an order has been processed or shipped, that delivery will remain in place.
